· Substitutions - Because flowers are perishable and subject to seasonal availability, The Dreamt Garden may occasionally substitute blooms or vessels with others of equal or greater beauty and value, always preserving The Dreamt Garden’s signature garden-inspired aesthetic. As each arrangement is crafted from nature’s own artistry, slight variations in color, shape, and size are to be expected and celebrated as part of their organic charm.
· Accountability - Once floral creations leave the doors of The Dreamt Garden and/or arrive in the hands of their cherished recipient, the care and safekeeping of the floral arrangements pass gently to our clients. Thus, The Dreamt Garden cannot be held responsible for blooms affected by inclement weather, including sun, rain, wind, or chill. Nor for damage caused by hands other than our own floral team.
· Refunds - Each arrangement at The Dreamt Garden is lovingly handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms; therefore, all floral orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. However, your happiness means the world to us. If for any reason your order does not arrive as expected, we kindly ask that you contact The Dreamt Garden immediately upon arrival. Our team will thoughtfully and promptly work with you to make things right and ensure your experience with The Dreamt Garden is a lovely one.
